    Seems to be mobile only. When loading any particular category from the Menu (e.g. = ‘hamburger drop down menu’ > Glassware > Valentines Day) I am frequently met with blank white product images. The description, price, etc will show, but no image. If it is a page with more than 4+ items, I sometimes notice it is only the first 2 to 4 images that don’t load while the rest of the page loads as I scroll. Refreshing will get images to load sometimes, but if they aren’t loading it typically stays that way till I click into the product then come back to the Product page. You may need to click around a couple categories to get this to occur. Again, mobile only AFAIK.
    *Note: I have tried implementing this CSS code, but didn’t work:

    .woocommerce.single-product .lazy-hidden {
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @enchantedapple

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I checked your site on my Android mobile phone using the Firefox browser, however, I was unable to reproduce the issue here. The images are loading fine on my end (I even browsed all the categories on your site to check).

    Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser and see if that works?

    Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply @xue28. Appreciate you checking all categories. This tends to be the best way to catch it. I will add, I am using iPhone native Safari browser and don’t think this to be a cache issue. I use incognito windows when viewing my site and still occurs (should clear cache everytime). I haven’t tried other browsers though. Could be a safari issue ??

    Hi @enchantedapple

    Thanks for the video.

    I checked your site once again using my iPhone running on iOS 15.6.1 using the Safari browser, however, once again, I am unable to reproduce the issue. The images are loading once I select a category on my end. Some took a while to load, (maybe due to my internet connection), but it did not force me to refresh the page to load the product images.

    Have you tried opening your site on a different browser maybe and see if the issue still persists?

    Confirmed on another persons iPhone using safari tonight. Was out showing a family member and they couldn’t see images when pulling up pages. Again, some categories would upload and pages with more product first 4 wouldn’t upload. Seems related to loading images as you scroll because all the other images load as you scroll down. But never the top 2 or 4 images. Any thoughts?

    Hi @enchantedapple

    This is quite strange.

    Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Let us know how it goes!
