• Hi,

I created a mobile site via Dudamobile, and throughout the various processes, I checked the outcome on my mobile, via the long url, and everything seemed to be working fine.

Today, I upgraded to the paid version so that I could add a few of the features, I set up a CNAME in GoDaddy in order to be able to use a ‘pretty’ url, and everything again seemed to be working fine – except that my own mobile is the only device that is being redirected – everyone elses is still going to the normal mobile responsive version.

Obviously this is fine for me, but not very useful for everyone else.

How can I make it so that all is fine for everyone else too?

Using WordPress 3.7, Dudamobile plugin, four Blackberry Bold 9900’s, (one of which DOES accept the redirect, a Nokia C2, and a Blackberry Curve. All website caches cleared via WP Total Cache, and all mobile caches cleared, plus phones rebooted.

    Right, a quick update:

My website is prefixed with www.

If I try going to the website on my mobile using the full url (including www), I get the default responsive version of the site rather than the Dudamobile one.

    So the question now is:

How do you redirect a website that contains www?

    Quick update 2:

Found that there are conflicting instructions within the Dudamobile website itself.

Have turned off the redirect and it looks like I’ll be going for a full refund.

So now everyone is happy that we have our mobile version back!
