    Hi dineshM,

I’m a little bit puzzled, because mobile devices shouldn’t behave different from desktop systems. Also, I’ve checked it on our test systems and it works.

Maybe you could export your Form and send us the JSON per mail so we could look at it a little bit closer.

    Best regards,

Please try using the birth date in the text field, something like this, 02/23/1990
and see if form sends an email if submitted through a mobile device.

I think the issue is a combination of number & character / if filled from mobile devices. I was able to spot this when I didn’t fill up that particular text field(birth date) from mobile and I was able to receive notifications.

For now, I have switched to date picker instead of the text field & have tweaked the code for date picker to show year range from 1900 to 2038.

In the future release, it would be great if your team could provide the year range settings within the wp-admin side as date field can be used as Birth Date (Note: current date picker year range is only from 2008 to 2028 which is not handy for the birth date)

    Thanks

    Hi,

we tested it again using Android and iOS but we couldn’t reproduce the bug. We are not sure why this happens on your page. But this bug didn’t appear when you use the date picker instead of the textfield?

The year range on the date picker is not fixed, if the user selects 2018, it changes so the user can go further back. But you’re right, this behavior isn’t very intuitive and should be changed in a future release.

    Best regards,
    Mondula Team
