Mobile Shop/Product Archive Columns doesn’t change

Hi,
on my mobile shop page when I try to change it from 3 columns to 2 column for mobile in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Archive Products the change doesn’t take place (it doesn’t even change it in the preview).

Can someone help me? Thank you so much.
