Mobile Site Container Box Not Displaying Correctly

I created a form on a client’s website (www.susiekimproperties.com/yourhome) that displays correctly on the desktop site. However, on the mobile site the body container box isn’t the full width of the screen as it is on the other pages. How can I fix this?? Thank you!
