Mobile Site Displayed on Desktop Computer

I’ve been able to switch back the the full site view, but there is still an annoying bar across the top of my site offering the ability to switch between mobile and full view. This bar is blocking out my access to the controls that are normally located at the top of the screen like the blog dashboard and my profile. In my appearance>extras, I’ve disabled mobile site viewing on mobile device, but that hasn’t fixed this problem.
