Mobile Site Doesn’t Work

  • My website is not being responsive on mobile devices. I have used multiple devices to visit: https://www.mskp.info/ and in all those devices it is the same response, none of they responsive features are showing, not even the theme color.

    I have click on “view full website to see the mobile version”.

    Please help ASAP. We have alot of followers that are asking about website and it’s showing properly when they use their mobile devices.

  • May I ask what plugin you are using for your mobile responsive pages? Your site is coded with Bootstrap so it should just be mobile responsive by default. I looked at it through my laptop browser and the site responds correctly when I change the viewport size.

    If you are using a plugin that generates a ‘mobile version’ of your site you may wish to turn that off and let the site’s inherent mobile responsiveness generate the mobile copy.

    We checked your site on the mobile browser and it is totally responsive. Please upgrade your WordPress and theme with the latest version also deactivate all plugins.
