Mobile Site Not Loading At All

I’m sorry if this has been posted before. Let it be known that I am not too computer saavy, can’t write much code, etc.

Our site, https://www.pandrproperty.com is not loading on any mobile phone. We use the Soho theme by VivaThemes and I contacted them regarding this issue. They sent this back:

Just checked and it takes you to mobile.pandrproperty.com

It seems you are using a plugin or a script that forwards you to load the subdomain when in mobile.

You need to disable that and load the regular domain when in mobile as well.

With that being said I do not have any plugins that should be creating this problem and I do not know where I would look to find a subdomain that is forwarding and changing the site to mobile.pandrproperty.com.
