Mobile site not opening, wants to download php

  • Hi. Hoping that you can point me in the correct direction.

    A few days ago I had a problem on my site where it would not open it anywhere (not laptop not mobile) but wanted to download a php. I eventually sorted it out by disabling the plugins – there was one that was causing problems and I removed it.

    My problem is that on my mobile the error still exists. I have tried 3 different devices as well as different browsers. I have clear cache on the phones and via the plugin. I have spoken to my host but they seem to be powerless to assist. Strange though, thing is if I type https://hvdb.co.za on the mobile it works. Also my site followed by /?nocache. Can you possibly assist? Thanx

  • The site loaded fine on my mobile. That said, the site shows mixed content error. IF you are using Really Simple SSL plugin, ensure that you have checked mixed content fixer ticked.

    Thanx. I do not have Really Simple SSL installed – I will look into that.
