• I have a site which works very well on the computer. However, when I try to open the site on my iPhone in Safari, it appears to display the very first edit of my site, which is almost blank. At the bottom of the screen, there are two tabs for “Version,” which are “Mobile” (the currently selected option) and “Web.” When I click on the “Web” tab, I am taken to the current version of my site. Did I accidentally create a mobile version of my site early on? I am lost, and frankly befuddled. Can anyone tell me how I can get the current version of the site to open up on a mobile browser automatically?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Whatonearthisgoingon (<–best name in a support forum I’ve ever seen)

Can you give us a link to your website to check it out? Its hard to tell what the problem could be without a link.

you need to clear the cache and you can use tptouch plugin to make your site better for the mobile version ??

    Sure, the site is https://www.jamesrichlegal.com

I have cleared the cache several times, with my website data showing “0 bytes,” but the problem has not resolved.

I have still found no solution to this problem. It is not a matter of clearing the cache. Does anyone have any insight into this?
