    Hello
I’d love to use this plugin. But when I activate it, it removes styling for my navigation and header.

If I check the option “do not apply any CSS& Javascript settings (including preloading…) on this page,” the page in question looks okay

But I’d have to do that for all my pages.

The “load manager” says there are 2 unloaded files but I can’t see what they are. I think if they were loaded, my problem would go away.

What am I missing? Do you offer a configuration service?

@bluejpro thank you for the interest in Asset CleanUp! Since you have 2 unloaded files, it’s clear that something was unloaded ether fro the ” CSS & JAVASCRIPT LOAD MANAGER” or “Site-Wide Common Unloads”.

It often happens that website owners hire developers to improve the speed of their websites, install a plugin and then deactivate it leaving traces in the database (completely inactive of course). Once the plugin is re-activated, the changes take effect again. It could be the same situation here.

Please go to “BULK CHANGES” and see if there’s everything set there (perhaps an asset is unloaded site-wide). If you can’t anything there, the quickest way to reset the plugin to the point it was when it was activated for the very first time is to go to “TOOLS” -> “Reset” and choose the last option to reset everything.

Let me know how it goes! I’ll be happy to assist you further if you’ll still need help!

@bluejpro how it’s going? Any news about this? Let me know at your earliest convenience!

@bluejpro One new feature that was added to the plugin is the “Overview” list showing you all the plugin’s rules set. You can check it out and you will easily notice those 2 files that were unloaded. Consider loading them back (as it’s obvious they are needed) and your header & navigation styling will be back.
