Mobile SubMenu Touch and Disappear

  • Before v3.4.4 in Mobile the subMenu will disappear when touched slightly and not scroll according to the user intent.

    It was then fixed in v 3.4.4.

    This problem happens again when the submenu item is using Widgets (in Astra Mega Menu Settings)

    Please check.

    I tried to replicate the scenario on my end and I didn’t face the issue as you mentioned.

    Would you please make sure that this issue is happening only when the Astra Mega Menu is used? Once you are sure about that, please open a ticket thru our Support Portal as the Mega Menu is a feature that is coming from the Astra Pro plugin, and discuss anything relates Pro features is not allowed by Forum Guidelines.
