Mobile Submission Not Working

Was having trouble with form created with Elementor Pro, thought I would try HappyFornms. The form seems to be working as expected on desktop but when testing on mobile device, none of the dropdown boxes would show choices. So we changed it to a short answer field for date & radial buttons for selection.

We also change reCaptcha to v3 since the v2 on the mobile field only shows a single line “validate submission”.

We finally get to hit submit and instead of a confirmation page, we get a whole page of code and the data is not transferred to the email of record (same as desktop). How do we correct this?
