Mobile support

Hi,

The mobile support function has stopped working on one of our sites. It uses the desktop banners rather than the smaller mobile banners when viewing the site on a mobile and desktop. Settings all look correct and haven’t changed since previously working fine. Also works fine on other sites. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
