This plugin is working well for my needs. I was wondering, I had a plugin for my mobile menu (WP Responsive Menu) that I have currently disabled. Is there a way I can use this with this menu plugin on mobile devices?

Hello. I suppose I should have been more descriptive. I tested this notification bar plugin with the responsive menu and the mobile responsive menu draws over the notification bar. I saw the offset option in settings but I would only need this for the mobile version of my site. Is there a way to have this function with the menu plugin on mobile sites only?

    Hello @chis54,

Can you test with the ‘Theme Sticky Selector’ Option in Settings?

    Thanks!

I think this might have helped but the menu is still covering the notification bar so I don’t believe I am implementing this feature properly. Is there more documentation on how to use this setting?

    Hello @chis54,

The Theme Sticky Selector is your Menu’s CSS Selector in your site’s HTML.

If it does not solve your problem, please share your Site URL. We are happy to help.

    Thanks!

Thank you for offering to look. The site is https://aquaresearch.com/. I tried a few different tags and did not seem to get it to work properly.

Could you please try testing with ‘#wprmenu_bar’ as Theme Sticky Selector?

    Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for looking into this and for making this suggestion. I recall trying this tag in the setting and the menu appears over the notification bar; only in the mobile view. I tried again with this tag just to be sure and this is having the same behavior as before.

    Hello @chis54,

Could you please activate our plugin on your site for testing?

If you cannot do it on your live site, you can set it up in a Test or Staged site.

    Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for working to help me with this issue. I am not currently running any campaigns to require the notification bar on that site. However, I have enabled both plugins and applied the same settings to a testing site I use, https://themetester.ccwilcox.com/. Both plugins are working together correctly and I am not sure why they are not on my other site. My other site does not have anything really fancy in its theme. It is using a child theme with the WordPress TwentyTwelve theme with some basic customizations. I am not sure why this is the case. Do yo have any suggestions?

    Hello @chis54.

It seems like a CSS conflict, but we don’t know where it comes from.

    Thanks!
