Mobile table not responsive with WP Table Builder

    On mobile (and probably tablets) my table is displaying a maximum of 3 characters per row, making each column extra long and stacked full of letters that aren’t legible. I’ve enabled the responsive feature within WP Table Builder and played with all the settings, but nothing seems to fix this issue. I’ve also disabled the AMP plugin. What am I missing here?
