Mobile theme

I am having a problem with the mobile theme. I have activated it. when I go onto the website it shows things like; [one_third] and full un-click-able website links. Half the pages are missing as well. Does it not automatically resize. I hope someone can help and sorry if this issue has been brought up before. Also a smiley face appears at the top of every page as well.
