Hello! I’m having a conflict with my mobile version of the form. Instead of using the default forminator theme (it’s setup like that in the settings) the default theme mobile version is still kicking in and making it difficult to read.

Is there a way to force the default forminator theme instead of the mobile one? To make the form appear you have to click the button that says “Reservar”

Here is a Pic for reference

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @juanmanuelsanch,

In general, Forminator doesn’t have different themes for Mobile and Desktop. It’ll only display the fields in a responsive mode based on each screen size.

This is what I noticed at the moment when I checked the form on mobile in your website:

Could you please advise how exactly you are looking to display it?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

First of all thanks for the reply ! You need to click on the button that says reservar here is a pick

Once clicked you will get the form and you will see the SEDE list.

This is what you will see which is hard to read

If I see the page logged as a admin then I can see the correct way

    Any help is appreciated

    Hi @juanmanuelsanch

It seems this is conflict with your theme which has some default styles for labels and table. As it will be more work to handle table of calendar to take default Forminator styles, please add this first to fix calendar icon and see if this help:

    .forminator-ui label{display:inherit;}

You can add this code to WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi @juanmanuelsanch,

Sorry to hear that the issue is still present. I checked this further and I could notice the stylesheet for Forminator isn’t loading in the frontend when checked and that might be causing these anomalies.

However, if I add a parameter query in the domain URL ie:
    abc.com/?no-cache=1

where abc.com would represent your domain URL.

If I try to load the site URL with the above parameter then the dropdown loads fine:

When loading the URL with a parameter, it would prevent the page from getting cached.

It appears one of the plugins which has a minification or cache feature might be causing a conflict. It appears you have a WP rocket. Could you please temporarily disable the plugin and see how it behaves?

Most probably one of the defer settings in the WP rocket might be causing the issue.

Please do check and see how that goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

Yeah that seems to be the issue. Weird… I excluded the plugin in the settings and didn’t worked. But If I disable wprocket it will do the trick…

What would be a temp fix without disabling wprocket?

    Best regards.

    Hi @juanmanuelsanch,

I trust this message finds you well.

What would be a temp fix without disabling wprocket?

Clearing all the caches should be enough.

Edit. I think I got it fixed. Could you please let me know?

I can confirm is fixed, it was not necessary to bypass the caches.
