Mobile Theme Different Homepage

  • I am creating a mobile theme for my site. Currently I have a static page “Home” set as the homepage under settings-reading-front page. However, this page as-is looks fine in the browser but not as clean as I want it to in mobile.

    Is there a way to keep the “Home” page as the desktop homepage but make a different page (either in wordpress, the theme, or both) appear as the homepage in mobile?

    I tried to make an alternate homepage for PHP and alter the index file but it didn’t work out. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome!
