Mobile theme displaying on desktop

I’m working on my website https://www.mrryanconnors.com and for some reason, a mobile theme displays on the desktop landing page and on mobile pages as well. I’ve had mobile themes in the past, but currently I don’t which is why I’m confused. I’d like it always to just show the responsive 2011 theme.

If anyone could take a quick look at the code and steer me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
