    Hi, just wondering if we can upload from an iPhone? or mobile device?

    Also, Im having issues with this plugin, I dont see the field where one can upload their info.
    I dont see an option to edit the text to explain to our clients that they need to upload a copy of their ID to confirm an account.

    Hello there,

    in order to upload a file related to a product first you have to add the product to the cart then if you have the option “Allow cart attachment” activated you can see a button called by default “select a file”. Also you can upload the file in the checkout process and in the order under the user account.

    The plugin works also in mobile devices, but this is always going to depends on the browser of the phone. If the browser follows the html standards it should work.

    About:

    In order to add some text close to the button you could use this hook “do_action(‘ywau_show_section’)” then you can display some text above the upload button.
