I created a mobile version for my homepage with no issues and was able to make the changes I needed and I am seeing the changes when I view my site from mobile.

The next page I need to configure for mobile isn’t coming up as a mobile URL.

    The desktop URL is: houseofscoutnc.com/session-pricing/

The mobile page the URL is: houseofscoutnc.com/session-pricing-mobile/

When I visit from my mobile device, the URL is the desktop URL and does not include “-mobile” so none of the changes I am making are visible.
I have tried manually typing in: houseofscoutnc.com/session-pricing-mobile/ and I get an error message.

I hope I am doing okay explaining the situation, I am brand-new to all of this!

    Hi @houseofscoutnc

I checked your page inspecting elements and without cache, it looks all work right.
On the desktop, you have the content of page ID 30 and on mobile the content of page ID 325.

Please, read these two posts that explain why you have this issue:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-mobile-pages-are-only-for-backend-and-be-careful-to-the-cache/

Let me know if it helps.

    Thanks! That makes sense.

It does seem like it is working with some changes I make, but the changes that are appearing seem to take hours to take effect. This is only happening with this particular page, as my homepage updates immediately on mobile.

Am I doing something wrong here? I’m not sure why this is happening with this particular page.

    You are welcome!

On the frontend, on a large screen, I see this situation:

    – On mobile, when the page is served by cache I see the prices before the stretched row (the row with background)
    – On the desktop, when the page is served by cache the prices are below the stretched row.
-On mobile, when the page is not served by the cache, I see the prices below the stretched row in 2 columns
    – On the desktop, when the page is not served by the cache, I see the prices below the stretched row in 4 columns

    You have to consider this:
    – When you are logged in, you usually see a not cached page
    – Users who are logged-out usually see a cached page

Moreover, it’s very important the cache distinguishes between mobile and desktop.

Be sure the page has different cached versions, one for the mobile and another one for the desktop. For example, the plugin W3 Total Cache gives you the possibility to have different cache versions.

I suggest clear all the cache.

The changes on mobile are taken immediately after you save, but due to the cache, if it’s not updated and different between mobile and desktop, on the frontend you see something different than you expect.
When the cache expires, then you see the version that you expect.
