Mobile Usability issues ???

I’ve have been getting that message from my Google webmaster tools and it is driving me nuts.

*Clickable elements too close together
*Content wider than screen

I’ve been using this theme for over a year now. I was wondering if these issues are theme related.

Shortly before posting this here, I added this on my header.php file:

<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1″>
