Mobile users unable to comment

  • Hello!

    So far the plugin is working fabulously and users are able to read/submit stories with no issues. However, I’ve been notified of an issue in which mobile users are having problems with leaving comments. When they press ‘post comment’ they get a blank white box and nothing happens. PC users are not having this issue. Is this a known problem with a fix?

    Is support still available for this plugin? I’m now having complaints of random commenting issues. Some users are unable to submit comments on mobile or PC.

    Sorry, at this time, we are unable to provide support.

    Any ETA on finding another developer? May have to drop your plugin for a different solution.
