Hello Dokan Community,
I’m reaching out to bring an issue to your attention regarding the responsiveness of the Dokan dashboard on mobile devices. Specifically, there seems to be a problem with the layout of the “Request Withdraw” button and some accompanying text in the withdraw page.
The issue arises from the fact that the “Request Withdraw” button and certain text elements are overlapping, making it difficult for vendors to access their account balance information on the dashboard. As a result, vendors are unable to see their balance due to the button covering the necessary text.
This responsiveness issue is causing inconvenience for vendors who rely on the mobile version of the Dokan dashboard. Given that mobile accessibility is becoming increasingly important, I believe addressing this issue will significantly enhance the user experience and overall usability of the Dokan platform.
I kindly request the Dokan team’s assistance in investigating and rectifying this issue. I believe that addressing this concern will contribute to a smoother and more efficient user experience for vendors accessing the platform via mobile devices.
