    First time that I’m using the plugin and it’s wonderful! I have a question about the responsive version. As it does not display well on the phone, would it be possible to have any leads on how to adjust the responsive version? Many thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi @emeshto,

    The default email templates of our plugin are responsive in design. I have captured the below screenshots from our staging site where you can see the test email and the reminder emails are showing as responsive.

    Are you using the default email template or custom email templates? If you are facing an issue with the default email template then please share your website URL with us. So we can abandon a cart on your site and check the problem.

    If you are facing an issue with the custom email template then please share the email template code with us by emailing us at “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” so we can check and get back to you with an update on the same.

    I have abandoned a cart on your site today and I checked the reminder email received from your site in the mobile view. I noticed that the reminder email is not displaying properly in the mobile view. But as I mentioned earlier, I am unable to replicate this issue at our end.
