Mobile version difficulties

I am using wp Data Tables Lite, and I can view the table on my mobile device but the owner of the business is not able to view it on his android phone even after he waits for the page to load, any ideas why this is happening?

I am unable to access the settings in wp data tables to edit the mobile size of the data table as well.
