mobile version does not display subcategories

  • The theme has categories and subcategories, so the computer version displays categories and subcategories, but the mobile version does not display subcategories? How do I resolve this issue?

  • Hi, which subcategories are you referring to on that URL that you linked? The desktop and mobile versions appear to have the same content for me so I must be missing something.

    The computer version has the correct way of working. But the mobile version when you click on the product catalog https://citadel-kovka.citymay.ru/, namely, the second product catalog in the mobile version should open a subcategory of products, and products are opened immediately – this is not correct in the mobile version….

    Are you able to provide a screenshot of the specific issue? Unfortunately, I’m still not understanding what the issue is.

    Well, what do you know?

    You are using WPTouch Pro which changes the site on mobile devices. You’ll need to disable that plugin or contact their support and have them investigate why those links are not redirecting correctly.
