Mobile version header disappears/reappears with each page load

    Can’t seem to find the area that’s controlling this behavior, but for some reason when I view the mobile version of the site, all of the content except the header section loads quickly, and then after a short delay, the header appears. This happens with every single page being viewed on a mobile device.
