    Hi there!

Recently, the menu of the page does an autoresize in mobile version which makes it disappear in the left part of the screen. Which means that, when you’re accessing it from a mobile device, it disappears from your screen unless you do a zoom out to find it.

I’ve been trying with the full page options in the header settings but with no luck.

Could you please help with that? Thanks!

  • Hi, @6a613ceeb2

Can you show a screenshot or short screen recording on how this issue looks on your end? What browser does this happen with?

    Hi Ina,

I’ve tried with Chrome and Mi browsers on three different mobile devices and it is happening in every one of them.

It seems that when charged the first time, the size is the correct one, but in the question of seconds it makes a resize and the menu disappears to the right side of the screen. This implies that you need to zoom out of the screen or move it to the right to find the menu (something that you will only do if you know this). So the problem is quite critical…

I’ve tried several options I saw in different forums but nothing worked… So if you have any idea how to fix it I would be immensely grateful.

    Here some screenshots:

    Hi, @6a613ceeb2

It looks like this is caused by a paragraph added by you, containing a WhatsApp number. It might also be a plugin. https://prnt.sc/n0f7FrMIesBX

Removing this text should solve the issue.
