Mobile version of website menu disappeared on IOS devices

  • Good day everyone, I have something very strange happening to my website.
    All worked fine but now I see that on iPhones (tested with iPhone 7 plus and iPhone 11) The menu does not appear nor does the top header, where the menu, logo and cart is.

    I first thought maybe the menus was hidden for mobile devices, but all is there, I tested on an android phone, and the menu, logo and cart are all there. Seems like some issue with IOS, any idea how I can fix this? I know from google analytics that most of our website visitors are IOS users, so this is an issue I need to try and fix as soon as possible

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
