Mobile Version won’t Show

I have gone through all the settings and I love this plugin, BUT it’s not showing anywhere but on the Preview. I cleared, deleted and disabled the cache a few days ago. I did it again. There is no site cache. Am I supposed to SAVE the settings? I can’t find it anywhere.

It won’t show on either of my phones. It won’t show on Google mobile tester. It won’t show on other responsive testing sites.

The desktop version shows and it’s not good. Huge logo, site name under that, cart icon under that, menu under that. Nobody sees anything interesting and they bounce.
