Mobile Videos not allowing rewind and fullscreen

When I watch my videos on mobile, I have access to the video progress bar allowing me fast forward and rewind the video, and make the video fullscreen like most players do. When I switch to mobile, it all goes away. Only allowing me to play and pause the video. I cannot fast forward or rewind. I cannot go full screen. The options are not even their in the player, just the settings icon so I can change the quality of the videos.

I see you add videos from Vimeo. In desktops, we use our custom video player to play your Vimeo videos. But, in mobiles we just give fallback to the native Vimeo embedcode. In other words, in mobiles the videos are played using the Vimeo player itself and this is a restriction from Vimeo itself. Why we give fallback to Vimeo embedcode in mobiles?
Our initial versions used our custom player to play Vimeo videos in mobiles. But, we started receiving lot of complaints that some small devices are having problem playing Vimeo videos. So, as a temporary fix, we have given fallback to their own video player. But, still we are working on this. So, in future we we will have our custom player in both the mobiles and desktops.
Still, this restriction is only for the third-party videos (Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook). The self-hosted MP4 videos already uses our custom player in mobiles.
