Mobile View

  • Hello,
    a customer of ours bought and installed the NextGen Pro Gallery. She is now desperate because the Pro Tile gallery unfortunately cannot be set up on mobile devices. She would like all the images to be one below the other in the mobile view, but displayed as a Pro Tile gallery on the desktop. Is this not possible with your plugin? Or is there a CSS code that would be usable? Thank you for your reply. Markus

    It seems that you are using the paid version of NextGEN Gallery. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the NextGEN Gallery account dashboard when you have a chance? For more context, www.ads-software.com’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it. 

    The www.ads-software.com forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme. 

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
