Mobile view cart icon is not updated

In mobile view, when I put an item in the cart, the number of the red cart icon in the bottom left is great updated. When I delete an item with the trash can icon, the red cart number refreshes in the same way.
However, if I use Clear Order, the red cart icon number will not be updated.

I experienced the same thing on the official demo page of RestroPress.
