Mobile view + disappearance Images

    Hello there,

    I have some issues that I’d like to understand if they are linked to the theme or Elementor PRO.

    1. Mobile view on both Android and iOS: the mobile view of the website appears without images, in particular, this page:

    2. Images on other pages: it looks like the mobile view can’t load the images. I don’t know if it depends on ELementor Pro or some plugin that obstruct it.

    Is there any code that I could implement? Or any other option?

  • Hi, officinadelledonne, if you are attempting to determine whether Elementor Pro is the issue, please try using the “Health Check” plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check.

    In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme wasn’t changed.

    You could deactivate Elementor and additional plugins you may have to determine what is/are causing an issue.

    I took a look at your website and it seems that images are loaded even in mobile view as far as i checked. However i couldn’t access the exact page you mentioned in the first issue as the link doesn’t go anywhere.

    Please let us know if you are still encountering this issue and if you performed the check @plantprogrammer suggested!
