I am having issues with my rentals page. After I select a rental, I am taken to a page where I can select the dates across three calendars. On desktop and tablet view, there is no issue, but on mobile view, the calendars overlap. This prevents people from being able to select the correct days.

Here is a screenshot of the issue:

Hi, all. I just thought I would let everyone know I was testing the website on my desktop by shrinking the page until it was the size of a mobile phone, and that was where I saw the overlapping calendars. When I actually looked at the website on my phone it was fine. I will leave this up in case anyone else has the same problem.

    Hi,

Thanks for sharing your solution. This is because shrinking the page through your browser was not changing the user-agent of your browser, which was still being recognized as a desktop device.

Most responsive styles are obviously based on the device screen resolution, and so shrinking the size of the window will produce the desired effects, but the number of calendars to be displayed is actually a JavaScript property that could not be modified through responsive CSS rules. That’s why you should test it with a real device or by changing the user-agent through the responsive design mode settings of your browser (Safari for example allows to do that).

We remain at your disposal for any further information.

    Best Regards,
    The VikWP Team
