    Hi there, I’ve tried to use your plugin to display my sneakers and I realized that in mobile view the images were stretched. Here’s the screenshot for mobile view (Chrome, Android)

    Is there any solution to display the width of the image to 100%?

  • I am also having the same issue. The proportion of the product spins looks fine on desktop but on mobile(Samsung S9 Android) it is distorted.

    When I select “Responsive” for images in SR 360 settings it actually makes desktop distorted.

    Any help appreciated, client likes the spin but doesn’t want to use it due to mobile distorted display issue.

    Hello, I’ve solved it temporarily like this:

    Locate the file sr-product-360o-view/assets/js/front-end/threesixty.min.js

    Search for function f(e, t, n) { and comment or delete height: “100%”,

    Then put the plugin so that the images are responsive and ready!

    Hello users, sorry for the delayed replay. But, I solved the issue on mobile view. The new version of the plugin is free from that bug. Thank you for your patience and support.
