Mobile view problems with logo and menu – Twenty fifteen theme

Hi,

I’m using the theme “Twenty fifteen” and have two problems with it:

1.) In mobile view the sites logo is not shown – it only appears if one click the menu button.
How do I make the logo visible at all times in mobile view?

2.) My site have a very small menu – so I want it visible in mobile view at all times. It is not user friendly that it is hidden and that one must click the menu button for it to appear.
How do I change this?
