Mobile website function broken with plugin

    My website is not fully finished yet:
    This plug in is perfect for what I am creating but when I install it, the functionalities stop working (on mobile only) i.e. all the buttons become un-clickable, scrolling effects etc don’t work anymore, etc. It becomes like a static page with no functions.

    If there’s a fix that would be great – also happy to change my theme if this is the problem, I’ve tried twenty-twenty and Astra.

  • Hi,

    That can be due to bootstrap conflicts but for troubleshooting can you try to change the setting at Settings->AyeCode UI->Frontend with different combinations and let me know if it works or not?

    Hi @wpdev10,

    thanks for your response. I tried all the combinations but with no luck unfortunately – the page remained unresponsive; cleared cache and cookies and checked it in private mode with each combination. I think I might leave it for now and come back to this when I need the extra functionalities.
