Mobile website not displaying properly

    Hi, I updated the Encounters Lite theme and since then my site doesn’t display properly on mobile devices. The header picture doesn’t show and neither do some of the widget pictures. It was working fine before.

    Can you suggest a fix?

  • Hi Kaetrin,

    It seems like their is plugin conflicts in your site. Please deactivate the plugins one by one to check which plugin is not working properly.

    Hi, I’ve just done as suggested. No joy.

    But then I noticed something weird displaying on the site when I looked at it on the desktop. Then I cleared the cache to see if that fixed it. Then the weird thing (no header display) was happening all the time. So I re-uploaded the header picture and now it’s displaying properly in all places – including mobile.

    So, even though it wasn’t a plugin problem (who even knows what it was?), it’s fixed now.
