At least the log should contain the following line – VISION 1.5.1. i.e. the version of the plugin. If not, it means that loader.min.js ([wordpress]/wp-content/plugins/[plugin]/assets/js/loader.min.js) is not loaded on your device for some reason.

i have no logs…

As I said above, if your browser log is completely empty, it means that the loader.min.js file is not loaded. Without it the plugin won’t initialize, so all we see is a picture. Why this file is not loaded to me hard to say, because the reasons could be very many.
