• For some reason while I was editing a page in a pre existing site (www.bourbonspeak.com) It appears that, what can only be described as a pop up, has taken over my dashboard. No matter what page I try to go to within the dash, it redirects me to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mobiloud

I’ve never downloaded mobiloud, nor do I want it. At this point, I can’t get past it, though. It almost appears as if it dims my screen and won’t let me click on anything. Any advice at all?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
