[Mockup Added] New Review Layout For without Product icon or image

Hi,

i saw your plugin, and it is really very nice. but one thing i did not liked it and that was No Layout without Image.

If someone, who do not want to use icon or image in review then this plugin is not much helpful for them. so i spent sometime to design new layout and i hope you will like it.

this is just a suggestion and i hope peoples users will not say No to it.

i am not a designer and do not know much about Photoshop so maybe colors i used in mockup will look like irritating, so i want to let you know i used those colors so you can understand layout then you can design layout in your own color or default as current one in your plugin.

Also if you add option to change background color, that will be nice.
