Modal not compatible with Mobile screen

Any way to get the modal dialog to fit correctly on mobile screens? I tested on an iPhone 5S.
Alternatively, is there a way to to disable it altogether on mobile, and redirect to a page?
At present the mobile display cuts off the top and bottom of the modal, and does not provide any scrollbars. Ideas?
