Modal Gift Wrapper Not refreshing cart

Hi

We have been using gift wrapper for sometime with no issues. We have made minor modifications to the template to change the prompts and on v5.2.7 moving the cancel button to the footer (now standard on v6).

We created appropriate directories in our theme and modified modal.php to change the prompts. When selecting the add gift option modal opens and products displayed OK. You can select a product and add a message. When you click add to order you get the circle showing ‘stuff’ is happening but the cart is not refreshed automatically. If I refresh the page manually the product has been added to the cart and the message is displayed.

We have made customisations to cart and checkout but these are related to look and feel rather than custom code.

I’m guessing this maybe a theme issue but not certain as other than not refreshing the cart automatically everything seems to work. I have currently set the v5 compatibility so everything is working for now but would like to try and resolve this so we can use v6.
