Modal Popup in Navigation Menu

    I have a plugin that provides a shortcode for a pop up sign in form but when I put that in the menu as a shortcode, It displays the full sign in form in the menu instead of a clickable link. How can I fix this issue? Your help will be greatly appreciated!
