Modal popup not doing shortcodes and FA icons everywhere

  • Hi,
    The contact form shortcodes in any of the modal popups do not work anymore. To see the behaviour click on the contact us button to open a popup. The contact shortcodes do however work outside of the modal popups(see contact page).
    Also i see fontawesome icons everywhere on the page,
    All of this goes away if i turn off the your plugin.
    Any ideas?
    (i tried turnig of all other plugins)

    Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Did you try to add the shortcode from “Visual” tab using WordPress editor? https://prnt.sc/0qB4Y3i4jzEE

    I can see the fontawesome icons are showing to the given url on plugin activation, could you please mention which one is missing.

    thanks for you answer.
    The Fontawesome icons are not missing. I just see a hundred of them in the page and I did not put them there. They only show up on the pages that have a modal popup in it.

    I think the issue lies with the modal popup loading a ninja form. Separately the popup and the form work fine. But if i use the ninja form in the popup , the ninja form bugs out. Btw, this used to work fine.

    If you click the yellow contact us button you’ll see a bunch of errors. The first msg = Notice: JavaScript is required for this content.

    Ow and i did also try to ?add the shortcode from “Visual”? tab.
    This didn’t fix the problem
