    Hi Premium Addon Team,

    Thank you for your usual support.

    I am having some issues with using the modal popup button, I tried changing the font size of the text button via style tab but it is not taking effect in the Elementor preview panel.

    See screenshot

    I tried changing the Font Size but nothing is happening. Do you have an idea why is this happening for the modal popup widget?

    Cheers!

  • Hi @goldenshawarma,

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

    Well, I’ve checked the attached screenshot and I can see that you’re config typography for Lower Close Button. So, to change button typography, please navigate to widget settings > Style tab > Trigger > Typography.

    Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Hi @leap13support

    Apologies for the late reply. It wasn’t the lower button that I was configuring but rather the trigger button. I was trying to change the font for the “Trigger” button but it is not working.

    Hi @goldenshawarma,

    Well, I would be so glad to check things further from your end, so could you please share a link where I can find the issue so I can see what is actually going there?

    Hi @goldenshawarma,

    I’ve tried to check your page but I can see there’s a conflict in CSS, so could you please try to copy/paste the below custom CSS to your page and let me know if it did the trick?

    .premium-modal-trigger-btn span{
        font-size: 18px !important;
    }

    Hi @leap13support

    Pardon my late reply. I will implement the custom CSS code. Thank you for that! I would like to know if this is a widget-related bug or? Because I have several modal pop-ups on my websites and I have to manually fix each one via CSS because I can’t change the font size on the “style tab” or at least it was not working/displaying properly.

    However, if I change the font size using Elementor’s Global Font, the font size actually changes e.g. if I have defined it to 18 px – it actually works, however, if I change it manually from 18px to something like 20px, it is not working.

    Is this something you can look and examine at the core code of the widget if it has something to do with the “Global Font” feature of Elementor causing conflicts or something like that (if I’m making sense).

    Cheers and have a great weekend!

    Hi Thomas,

    Hope everything is going fine with you today ??

    We are currently working on this, but it would be a great help if you could try with all plugins deactivated except Elementor and Premium Addons and switch your theme to make sure the issue is not coming from any external conflicts.

    Regards
