Models/ Objects dont anchor to ground

    Is there setting to enable so that models dock/anchor to ground when viewing on AR. They load and just follow camera

    If you’re experiencing issues with the placement of models in AR, please ensure the following when exporting your models:
    1. Set the model’s measurement units to meters.
    2. Make sure the model is positioned at the origin point (x, y, z).
    3. The Model Placement setting in the Display Options is set to Floor – Horizontal (which it will be by default)

    The models are passed directly to the iOS and Android native AR viewing apps so their placement in relation to the ground at that point is handled by the AR viewer of the mobile device, not the plugins.

    Thank you for the tip, I realized it was scale issue. Production was in cm, now we have a 10 chair after turning on dimensions on ar viewer. Thank you.
